2014 Oily Year in Review

One year ago today, Scott and I’s life started down a path we did not ask for and to be honest, did not want.  God kinda nudged (more liked shoved) me into something I was not comfortable doing.

Exactly one year ago today, my friend, Julie, called to ask me about these Essential Oils I had been posting on Facebook about!  You see, I ordered my oils to help me take control of my family’s health – nothing else.  In my excitement of what they were doing for my family, I shared with others on Facebook what they were doing for us.  I also wrote my end of the year blog post (like this one) reflecting on my family’s year.   Well with that blog post and phone call, things began to change.

I have many members who have shared that they are scared or do not know enough to share with others.  I thought I would share with you how that first phone call went.  Julie called and I will be very honest – I was scared to death that she was really interested in signing up under me.  This was not part of my plan.  I had no clue what to do.  Let me paint you a picture, I am talking on the phone with Julie, on my laptop so I can look stuff up and texting Kristen on my iPad.  You see, I knew what oils were doing in my family’s life, but had no clue about the “business” end of things.  And in hind sight – that is OK!  It is OK to say, I am not sure, but I know someone to ask.  I asked Kristen.  If she did not know the answer, she asked Courtney. Guess what – a year later and I still have questions.  Maybe not as many as in the beginning, but I still seek the advice and wisdom of those who have done it longer and had more experiences.

Sometimes I feel like Moses – you want me to do WHAT?!?!?  I am not a sales person.  I don’t know enough. I don’t have time.  My work situation is so stressful that I can barely hold my head above water.  There has to be a better person for this.  All through this year, God has put the word “Follow” and Ephesians 5:1-2 on my heart.  “Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up as a fragrant offering and Sacrifice to God.”    So I followed where he was leading me – loving and serving people.  That is all he was asking.    There is no way I could have ever imagined where God would lead me and where this would take me.   I moved at a pace that worked well for my family.  God knew what He was doing – He always does.

My work situation was stressful last year and I had lost most of the joy I had for teaching.  I was just trying to survive.  I used three essential oils every day to help calm my nervous system and helped me manage my emotions.  I thank God for His precious gift of these Essential oils, Joy, Peace & Calming and Valor.  WOW they were amazing.  God was also faithful by giving me a different venue for teaching.   I found joy in teaching – just in a different way. I was teaching others about the amazing health benefits of essential oils.  Those that know me well, know that I love to learn new things.  I have learned so much about Young Living Essential Oils and how they support our body.  I also learned (and am still learning) about the business side of Young Living.  The best part about the business side is that I get to bless so many more people.

I also had a wrist injury that was very painful and took a LONG time to diagnose exactly what was wrong.  I had a tear in the TFC of my wrist that required surgery in May.   I used Ningxia Red and Frankincense to boost my immune system before surgery and was able to manage my pain with a combination of oils.  When I went back for my three week follow-up, my surgeon was surprised that I did not need a refill prescription for pain medicines.  In fact, I told him I had not taken one except for what they gave me at the hospital.  I am so thankful God gave us these oils that support our overall health!  However my boys were a little disappointed that they did not have a loopy mom.  They thought that would be hysterical.

Sometimes following did not always mean a smooth path.  Sometimes it was bumpy, but God lead me through it.  God has given me amazing people who are mentoring me and an amazing team to serve.  God blessed me in November by making the rank of executive and doing it again in December.  This was a goal I had set in June that I wanted to be at by the end of the year.

One thing I NEVER expect to happen, I have sent in the paper work for Scott to by my partner in this business.  That will become official in a few weeks.  He has been amazingly supportive this whole time, but it was always viewed as my thing.  I could not ask for a better partner.  As much as I love to learn new things, he loves to learn more.

I am so excited to see where God leads us in 2015.  We will be learning more about God’s wonderful oils and how they can better support our bodies.  We will learn to be partners (remember it has been all mine and he let me make all decisions).  We will learn more about the business side of things.  Most importantly we will learn how to better love, support and serve each member of our team.  Thank you God for all these wonderful people you have put in our lives.

Slique Challenge - Weeks 1 & 2

Well the last two weeks have been quite unique.  The first 3 days I began my Slique Challenge  were rather challenging.  I felt pretty yucky!  It felt as though my body was detoxing from carbs and sugar.  Well I guess it was.  After the third  day, my sugar and carb cravings were gone.  Praise God!!!!!!!  Then I started feeling much better.

During these last two weeks, I have done things I pleased with and some things I am not please with.

I have been consistent with drinking my Balance Complete each morning.  I will tell you - it is great in unsweetened Almond Milk.  I do not like it as well with water.  It it too thin and not at rich.  It is worth the extra point (weight watcher) to use the unsweetened almond milk.

I have also been very consistent with my Slique Tea.  That is sooo easy.  I love Slique tea and have for a long time.

I have not been consistent with Slique Essence.  I love it, but I have never been great at drinking my water.  That I will need to work on.

I have only done the Slique tabs two or three times.  Mostly because I do not have them with me and forget to take them when I get home.  This week I have put at week supply in my lunch bag and an extra in my purse.  I have also set a time to remind me to take them.

I have not started exercising, but I am getting at least 10,000 steps a day (except Sunday).

Week 1 -    1.4 lb loss
Week 2 -    1 lbs loss

Even better - my jeans are fitting looser.
My sugar and carb cravings are gone.

I consider that pretty good for the week after Thanksgiving and the week with two major parties on Thursday and Friday (weigh in is Saturday).

Speaking of Parties - I drank a Balance complete shake before each party.  It really helped me not be hungry.  One party I ate nothing and the other I just ate a little.

Goals for this week:
Drink my water each day with my Slique Essence

Take my slique tabs before dinner each day.
Survive the week before Christmas Break.  There will be lots of food pushers, yummy treats, yummier lunches all week and a Kindergarten Christmas Party.

Baby Steps Slique Challenge Begins in January

December will be here tomorrow, Christmas is right around the corner and then New Years.  With New Years many people set resolutions to get healthy, lose weight and exercise.  Scott and I are no different.

The Baby Steps Team is doing a 60 day Slique Challenge beginning January 5th, 2015.  Scott and I will be both doing this challenge along with some my Oily Journey Team.  Now is the time to get your products ordered so you are ready to begin in January.

However, I feel like I need to start in December.  This way I can better answer questions my members may have while we are doing it.  I guess mine will be the 90 day Slique Challenge.

If you would like to join Young Living, the Baby Steps team and the Slique Challenge, let me know and I would be glad to help you set up a wholesale account with Young Living or you can click here to go straight to the sign up page.

A little history here.  I have been drinking Slique Tea for a while.  I LOVE it.  Back in late April and early May, I was using Slique Essence and Slique Tea and saw that my sugar cravings and hunger we improved which was good at the scale.   Then I had surgery and never got back to it.  I was still drinking the Slique tea and sometimes drinking the Slique Essence – just not consistently.

I have been struggling with my weight loss attempts – let me rephrase – I have not been doing what I know to do (AGAIN – seems to be a pattern with me).  So I decided it was time to get serious. I knew that I was going to actually follow my Weight Watchers again – tracking, eating lots of fruits and veggies, lean meats and moving more (moving more sounds so much better than exercise).  I knew I wanted to do the Slique Tea and Slique Essence consistently again.  I also wanted to try Slique Caps and Balance Complete. So I decided to go for it.  Scott and I made out a plan – his is a little different from mine.

I posted our plan yesterday on Facebook for my Oily Journey Team but need to post it here for accountability.

Scott and Kim’s 2015 Baby Steps Slique ChallengePlan

  • We will be drinking a Balance Complete shake each morning for breakfast.
  • We will both drink at least 2 oz of Ningxia Red each day.  We already do this, we will be continuing it.
  • We will be drinking Slique Essence in our water multiple times a day.
  • I will be drinking Slique Tea morning and afternoon.  Scott has started drinking green tea and will continue with that for now.
  • I will be taking Slique Caps before supper.  Scott is still trying to decide if he is going to take them.
  • I will be tracking what I eat and points plus values using my Weight Watcher App.   For my ww peeps – Balance Complete it 5 pp+ with water and 6 pp+ with unsweetened almond milk per serving.
  • When Slique Bars come back in stock we will also be eating them for snacks – they are FABULOUS!   WW peeps, they are 4 pp+ each.
  • I will be walking and riding my recumbent bike for exercise.  I wear a fitbit and my goal is 10,000 -12,000 steps a day.    Scott will continue his cardio/ lift routine.  SSSSHHHHHHH!!  He is also getting a fitbit for Christmas.
  • We have not decided if we are going to do the Cleansing Trio.
  • We will weigh in weekly, me at my Weight Watchers meeting and Scott at home.  We will also be doing monthly measurements.
  • Kim (and sometimes Scott) will be blogging our journey through this challenge.
If you are part of my Oily Journey team, the FAQ and Food log are in the files section of our group page.    If you are not part of my team, let me know and I would be glad to help you sign up.  We are part of the Baby Steps team.  Not only do you get amazing Young Living Essential Oils, you also get access to private FB groups, training and a great team filled with many years of experience with Young Living Essential Oils and products.

I am so excited to share my journey with you.

Making It Easier to Eat the Right Foods - Slique Tea/Essence week 2

I had a 2.6 pound loss this week.
 really was not expecting that.
That is 6 lbs in 2 weeks.

Some have asked how I am doing it. I am using Slique Tea and Slique Essence to compliment my Weight Watchers.

I follow the Simply Filling food plan on Weight Watchers.  It is where you eat Filling Foods on a list.  If you eat a food item that is not on the list, then you count points toward you extra points for the week or use some of your activity points.  Since I like clean eating, it is a great fit for my family and I.  I really try to limit my processed foods – but I am not always successful at it.  My biggest problem is my sugar and carb cravings.  I have them most of the time.  When stressful times hit, I give in.  And when I give in, I can’t stop eating them.

This year has been extremely stressful.  I was doing good for a while and then I gave in.  The problem is that when I am doing well – I may choose to not eat sugar and carbs, but I still want them a lot.  I able to resist the desire to eat sugar and carbs for a while.

Enter Slique Tea and Slique Essence.

Since beginning to use Slique Tea and Slique Essence, I am not just choosing to resist sugar/ carbs - I really don't want them.  Using these products is making it easier to choose the right foods.  My food cravings are gone.

Here is a very basic glimpse into my day.

I am drinking one cup of Slique Tea with a breakfast of  2-3 scrambled eggs and some fruit (seasonal).
I have 2 oz Nigxia Red.
I also have a glass of water with Slique Essence that I drink throughout the morning.

I teach kindergarten. So, I have an early lunch on weekdays (10:40).  I usually eat leftovers from the night before or a sandwich.  My lunches always have fruit and vegtables for over half of the meal.

I usually refill my water glass and add either Slique Essence or another citrus oil.

Snack: (around 1 pm with my students)
I usually have raw veggies or apple with some cheese, almonds/ nuts/ seeds or meat.

Around 3:30, I sometimes have another cup of Slique Tea.  I also refill my water glass and add slique essence.
I usually intent to leave school around 5.  On the commute home, I eat carrot chips or an apple.

Dinner is usually 6:00 – 6:30.  This will be a meal filled with simply filling foods.

If I start wanting to eat sugar, I drink water with Slique Essence after supper.

I am very excited with my results so far!!!!!  I can’t wait to see what next Saturday will hold.

Week 1 Update: Slique Tea and Slique Essence

There are so many amazing things happening in my life right now.  I sat down to try and write on Saturday and kept trying to write about 2 or 3 things all at one time.  I am pretty good at multitasking, but that was way too much for me.  So I need to focus on one at a time and make it one post at a time.
Slique Tea and Slique Essence update week 1
You could not believe how stressful and painful this week has been.  There have also been many AMAZING moments of spiritual growth for me this week also – but that is another blog post.
I am a stress/ emotional eater.  When it gets really bad (or really good) I want to eat sweets – cookies, candy, rice crispy treats and ice cream are my drugs of choice.  I use that word drug because I am trying to medicate my feelings, which does not work.
On Sunday last week I started using Slique Tea and Slique Essence.  Sunday was really hard.  I felt like I was hungry all day.  I just kept drinking the Tea and Essence.  I know it was mostly mental, knowing I was going to trying something different.  I still wanted sugar and it was being offered at every turn.  I had to just say no and keep going.   It was also Easter Sunday, which did not make it any easier (sugar wise).  That night I had trouble going to sleep.  I figured it was due to drinking the Slique Tea later in the evening – it does have naturally occurring caffeine.  In hind sight – I think it was a detox reaction and a releasing of emotions happening.

 Keep reading for why.
Monday, was much better.  By the end of the day, sugar cravings were almost gone.   But Monday night was hard.  I had trouble sleeping and I felt horrible.  I was tired from not sleeping well the night before and I had to administer a state test the next day.  I needed sleep.   I experienced a lot of emotions that night – anxiousness, frustration, sadness,  helplessness,  hurt and probably more.  But those are the ones that stick out.   I spent time in prayer and stillness with God.  I finally slept about 2 hours.
On Tuesday, I was exhausted and I had a day of administering a state assessment.   State testing is also exhausting.  I kept drinking Slique Essence and Slique Tea.  I was physically and emotionally tired but I was also feeling better.  I know that sounds strange, but I felt like the worst of the detox was over.  Cravings and thoughts of food were gone.  Then some crazy spiritual warfare began (more about that in a later post).  This would be a time I would eat sugar, eat sugar, eat sugar, eat sugar.  You get the picture.  I didn’t and it did not even cross my mind to do it.  That night I also went to a beyond the basics class on cleansing.  It was fabulous and so many people lifted my spirits that did not even know what was happening inside of me.
Wednesday through today went about the same.  The spiritual warfare was still going on,  I continued to eat the way I am supposed to, drink my Slique Tea and Slique Essence.  I still did not have sugar cravings.
I set some goals last week and met all of them but one.  I set the goal of walking 1 mile three times this week.  I walked 2 times this past week and I am ok with that.
I am doing this for weight loss. Many other benefits came this week, but I still did it for weight loss.
Weight loss results for week one:
I lost 3.4 lbs.
Physical results:
No sugar cravings
I am so excited.  I don’t expect weight losses like that every week.  I fully believe that weight loss needs to be slow and steady so that your body can adjust physically and so that you can learn the things you need to so that you will have a healthy weight forever.
I will continue my goals from last week.  I am going to try hard to walk 3 times this week.   It is a wonderful stress release and from the sounds of it, I may need it next week.

More next Saturday on this next week's results!

Slique - Improved cravings

I was not planning to write until Saturday, but I have learned a few things I wanted to share.

I love Slique Tea and Slique Essense.  When I first tried Slique Essence - I did not like it much.  It had a weird taste to me, in fact, I could not get it down.  I hate to admit, I tried it at a class and ended up dumping it out.

I have been going overboard with sugar.  In fact, Scott said I was having  major sugar cravings.  No wonder I am gaining so much weight.  I could not stop it eating it.

I decided to order Slique Essence and then learned about Slique Tea.  I was hoping it would help with the sugar cravings.

The sugar cravings are MASSIVELY improved today!
But let me back up a day.

Confession time:
Yesterday, I got up, ate breakfast, drank Slique Tea, drank a glass of water with 4 drops of Slique Essence, drank my 2 oz of Nigxia Red and ate 4 gluten free cookies before I left for church!

First lesson:  DO NOT drink multiple cups of coffee, drink slique tea and drink ningxi red - Big head rush!  TOO MUCH!!!!!

After an amazing Easter Worship service, my family went out to Chili's and I ate too many chips (and salsa).  My dinner was a grilled chicken salad.

Then I went to my mother-in-love's for supper.  It was so easy to follow my Weight Watcher's Simply Filling.

Then came dessert - cake easy to pass up - gluten.  Yes I know the picture above is with cake - I could easily take a picture of cake (no temptation).
She also had ice cream - OH how I love ice cream.  And multiple flavors - Oh how I love ice cream.

I had just published the blog about starting Slique.  I had to suffer through NOT eating ice cream - Did I tell you how much I love ice cream?!  I had brought my Slique Essence - so I got a glass and drank my Slique Essence - looking longingly at the ice cream.

This morning I woke up - not very hungry (unusual).  I drank part of a cup of coffee (I love black coffee).  Then I drank my Slique Tea (YUMMMMY).  I made my breakfast, drank my ningxia and went to work.

Two different times I was hungry, so I drank a glass of water with Slique Essence.  The second glass in the afternoon, I almost gagged.

OOPS - I forgot to follow the directions on the bottle.

Second lesson - read and follow the directions on the bottle.
Shake bottle vigorously.  Drink 2-4 drops of Slique Essence in 4-6 oz of water.

I forgot to shake it.  It really makes a BIG difference.

Now for the big, big, news.
I am not craving sugar!!!
Daniel offered me a GF cookie - I said no thank you.
Scott brought me a cookie - I said no thank you.
Some friends are having a FB icecream party (we chat on fb while eating ice cream) - I said, I'll join but no ice cream.

I did not want the sugar.

Pretty impressed so far!

Starting Something New

I have been doing Weight Watchers for many years.  Let me rephrase that - I have been paying Weight Watchers for years, I have only worked the program off and on.  My weight goes up and down then up then down, then up then down.  You get the picture.  It is totally my fault!  I know the program works, I just don't do what I know I need to do.  I have even written about that here before.

As you also know, I am using Young Living Essential Oils.  I love what they have done for me and my family.  We are taking control of our health in so many ways.

Young Living has a product line called Slique.  It is designed for weight loss.  It is also designed to be paired with a healthy eating program and exercise.  This got me thinking and researching.  I am liking what I see on some of it.  I am not ready to take on the entire program.  I need more thought, research and prayer before I try that.

I am already taking Essentialzyme and Ningxia Red daily and will continue them.

Ningxia Red is a powerful product that is has great health boosting properties.  It is also part of the Slique Complete Kit.  My entire family is already using it for its immune boosting properties and energy boosting for me for many months. So I will continue to use it as I have been.
Essentialzyme is a supplement I began recently and will continue it.   I use this to improve and balance my digestive health and to stimulate enzyme activity.

So starting today, I am going to try two of the Slique products with my Weight Watchers.

So what am I going to try?
Glad you asked!
I am trying:

Slique Tea
This is an energy boosting and intended to help support your weight goals.  I love the taste.

Slique Essence
I will use this to help when I am hungry.  I have heard testimonials that it helps with sugar cravings.  Boy I need help with that one!  Plus it makes my water taste yummy!

I weighed in at Weight Watchers yesterday, so I have my starting weight for using these products.  I am also taking starting measurements.  I will not share those here until much later.  Too SCARY for me to share right now!

I am continuing to do what I have been doing - I am just adding these two things.

So for now here is the plan for this week:

  • Follow Weight Watchers Simply Filling Technique
  • Drink Ningxia Red - 2 oz in morning (and more if needed)
  • Drink 5 drops of Lemon Essential Oil in water each morning.
  • Take Essentialzyme daily - will try for 3 times a day as directed, been doing 1-2 times a day recently.

Adding this week:
  • NO SUGAR!  This is going to be the hardest of all to do. I can still have raw honey and pure maple syrup in small quantities.
  • Drink Slique tea in the morning - maybe more during the day.  Since this is new, I'll have to figure it out.  Plus I LOVE the taste - so who knows how much I will drink.
  • Drink Slique Essence in my water regularly throughout the day and as needed for hunger (following the directions on the bottle)
  • Walk at least one mile 3 times this week.  I've done this off and on - need to be consistent.

So that's the plan for this week.
I am excited to give this a try.

I will blog next week about how this week has gone.

Oily Journey - Facebook Page

I recently started a Facebook page called Oily Journey.  One very cool thing is that Young Living will be posting articles 3 times a week on my page.  I will also be sharing my journey there as well!
Come join me on my Oily Journey with Young Living Essential Oils

Oil Testamonials - A Great Resource

link to site
This is a site I visit regularly.  It has a great number of testimonials of how others are using Young Living Essential Oils.  What is important to know is that each of them are how one person uses the oils and how they work on their body and where they are in their health journey.
Here is how I use the site.
I use the search button for a specific problem/issue.  I read a few testimonials.  I always then pray and ask for wisdom and guidance for what to do.  Sometimes, I just apply the oils.  I call that my DUH moment - why didn't I think of that.  Many other times, I go to my EOPR (Essential Oils Pocket Reference) and look at the properties of the oils.  Then I can make an educated decision as the best way to manage my health.
I will be adding this to my Young Living Resources Page at the top so you can find it later.

"Just Take the Step, I Am Here With You!"

God is leading me down a path and on a journey I was not seeking or even asking for.  I have known for a few years that God was preparing me for something, but I had no clue what it was.  We live in an instant gratification society and I get caught up in it all the time. I want to know the answer right now.  I don’t like to wait. I want it now, now, now.  Yes, I sound like my students.  It is so hard to sit and wait on His perfect timing.  That wait was not one month or even one year – it has been over three years (almost four).
This journey will require me step out of my comfort zone and step out in faith to where He leads me.  I have been praying for God to confirm to me that this is the path He has prepared.  Over the last 27 days – He keeps saying yes over and over. Yet, I keep asking Him to confirm more.  I am sometimes amazed how small my faith can be at times.  I have taken some baby steps – still unsure.  Well, not unsure – more scared, nervous, intimidated.  I even took a little bit bigger baby step last week, with this step I still felt nervous but with a since of peace that I was headed the right direction.   It is amazing how Satan knows when you feel nervous – he plays with it and messes with your head. I started thinking, “I can’t do this”, “It is too much”, “This is too hard”, “I don’t know enough”, “No one wants to hear you have to share”, “I’m not good enough”.
This morning, I woke with a very clear message that said,
“Just take the step, I am here with you.”
So I am taking the next steps in Faith.  The first step was saying “I will follow where YOU lead me.”  The second step was admitting that this is a little scary, but I know YOU are with me.  The third, is a step of knowledge – which begins tomorrow.
I hope you will lift me and my family in prayer as we start down this path on an amazing journey prepared by my Father.

How to Wear Young Living Essential Oils

One thing I love about Young Living oils is how pure and safe they are.  You can diffuse them, ingest them or apply them on your skin.
Sometimes I  ingest them by capsule, cheek swipe, under my tongue or drink it in my water or tea - that is for another post.
I diffuse something every day and every night.  It depends on the need at the time.  At night right now - Thieves, Lavender, and RC or Raven - allergy, cold and flu season.  But again that is another post.
Every day, I wear my oils.
What is so cool is you can wear them neat or diluted.  If I dilute, I do it with either organic olive oil or coconut oil.   I wear many of them on my feet - which I always wear neat (undiluted).  Learning about vitaflex points greatly helped me in knowing the best place to put the oil on my feet/hands.
Here are two charts that show vitaflex points!  I know I still have a lot to learn about them - but this is where I started.  I looked at the picture and gave it a try. When I was not sure what to do - I asked questions.  I have surrounded myself with wonderful people who know so much more than I do.

I also put my oils where I am hurting.  The last two months,  I have been dealing with a sprained wrist/ tendinitis.  It has been quite painful.  I am applying oils directly to where they pain is.  I apply in layers Panaway, Valor, Copidia - topped with Peppermint.   Sometimes I also use aroma siez.  I apply 3-5 times a day depending on pain level and circumstances of my day.  Result - I have had not had to use prescription or OTC (over the counter) medications.  All I needed was oils applied to my wrist.
When my stomach hurts - I apply diluted Peppermint or DiGize over my stomach.  When I have chest congestion - I apply RC or Raven to my chest.  I apply neat for me and diluted for my boys.    When my ear hurts - I apply lavender and Purification or Melrose around my ear.
As you can see - you can apply the oils in so many places.  The best part -  Young Living Essential Oils do not have any side effects and they smell sooooo good!

Essential Oils and Austim

We are on a new journey to try and reduce  the medicines D. takes for his autism.  We have had a lot of luck with Peace and Calm and Tangarine (he keeps scanning for tangarine).

As I have researched I am starting to hear some patterns and similiarties come out. I am going to start with what I have and begin to add oils in the following picture created by Kim Prather.

I have Peace and Calm, Vetiver, Valor, and Sacred Frakensence.  So I will start with there.  I think I will add Sara and Brain Power next.

He responds so well to all the oils, so I am so excited to see where this leads us.

Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada Soup

YUMMY and EASY!!!!
I came home yesterday to wonderful smells.  I needed it as it was an extremely difficult day and my body is fighting hard to not get sick from these yucky allergies.
This is where planning saved the day.
I knew I had a meeting after school, so I made sure I had a crockpot meal in my weekly  plan.  I prepped it that morning before I left.  Since I was running late getting home, I called and asked the boys to shred the chicken, grate some cheese, add in the sour cream.
Substitutions:  I did not use the red bell pepper as I have one who would not touch it if you did.  I also used garlic powder and onion powder - I was out of both onions and garlic cloves.  It worked great and saved me a couple of steps in the morning.
This recipe was extremely easy to make.  Not only that - it is delicious and follows Weight Watchers Simply Filling perfectly.  You will need to count points for chips and avocado - I did not even use them and it was a wonderful soup.  I also use 2% cheese - so I have to count points for that - but it is sooo worth it.
