Ingredients:
- 4 T garlic salt (I use 2 T. garlic powder as I don’t buy the salt)
- 4 T onion powder
- 4 T dried parsley
- 2 T salt
- 4 T sugar
- 6 T dried oregano
- 4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 4 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. celery salt
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a mason jar. Put on a lid.
- Shake until it looks uniform.
- Store in the cupboard and shake again before using.
- Use within a year or so.
To prepare dressing:
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2/3 cup oil (I prefer canola or olive)
- 2 T water
- 2 T Italian spice mixture (recipe above)
Instructions:
- Mix.
- Store in fridge
