Cheesy Rice Casserole

This is another Kim original.  Our family LOVES it.  This is another recipe I need to take a picture of.  I am also working on a solution for the cream of mushroom soup - it does not meet our healthy guidlines.  I will be working on a solution. 

Cheesy Rice Casserole

1 lb lean ground beef, browned
14 oz shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
2 cans reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
4 cups cooked rice (1 box)
1 can yellow corn, drained


Heat oven to 350
Brown ground beef
Mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish
Bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes
